Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from The Cave Hype LLC (“The Cave Hype,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

The Cave Hype LLC provides professional barbershop services by appointment only. All services are subject to availability and are performed at our physical location.

Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments are scheduled through Square, a third-party booking platform.
  • This website does not process bookings or payments directly.
  • By booking an appointment, you agree to Square’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Failure to show up for an appointment (“no-show”) will also result in a 100% charge.

This policy exists to respect our barbers’ time and availability.

Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on availability.
  • If your appointment must be canceled due to lateness, standard cancellation fees may apply.

Payment

  • Payment is required as outlined during the booking process on Square.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • No services will be rendered without a confirmed appointment.

Refund Policy

If you have a concern about your service, please notify us before leaving the shop, and we will do our best to address it.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Is disrespectful, disruptive, or abusive
  • Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Violates shop rules or policies

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Health & Safety

Clients must inform their barber of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies that may affect services. The Cave Hype LLC is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of The Cave Hype LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Cave Hype LLC is not liable for:

  • Personal items lost or damaged on the premises
  • Results based on client requests or preferences
  • Issues arising from third-party services such as Square
